咬紧牙根 and fight on!

Dear SE,

There are not many hours to THE THING. Just a reminder that you should imagine/treat each rehearsal as a "live" run to the actual thing so that you could be as mentally prepared as possible. Also, looking good is very important - so make sure you don't play like a stone or look uninterested when you play. :)

Most importantly, if you feel like you are going to freak out onstage, focus on the music that you are going to play - go through every single detail that you will commit yourself to doing during the performance - and think about your fellow SE friends who need you and one another to pull off this performance together - you don't want to freak out and then let your fingers go autopilot because the music will lose interest! So, it's always helpful to think about your ultimate goal of playing your best as a group and how to make all the hours of slogging with your friends worthwhile.

All the best to you and remember that each and every one of you is important in making up a good ensemble. Break a leg! :) (I will be praying for you...heh heh.)
