Outing on the 20th

Okay... I'm asked to do this just in case you guys don't read your email. So here are the details:
Venue/Meeting place: BBQ pit 27 area C
Time: 9.30am to 5 plus.(having lunch bbq, dinner is NOT provided)
Things to bring: -A pair of slippers/sandals
-One big bottle of water(you will need it)
-An extra pair of clothes to change
-Cap
-Umbrella or raincoat
"Dress code": Shorts and T-shirt or something that you can get wet in.
Covered shoes/ Sport shoes are required in the first part so please wear them.
Reminder: Bring your own water bottle and hydrate. Activities are planned back to back so there won't be much time for you to buy drinks.
